We live and work at one of the few times in human history when a new pattern of human nature has appeared on Earth within the psyche of leading edge persons. It is a time of world transformation when private and public institutions begin to be created, organized, led and managed in qualitatively new ways discontinuous with what currently exists.
What I am writing about we are now living. Its effects are exploding all around us today. They are our call to action – If we know what to look for, how see it, how to understand it and what to do about it. The Isis 2nd RenaissanceSM Program empowers you to do exactly what you need to do to transform – To know what to look for, how to see and understand it, and what to do about it so you can align your personal and professional life with what is emerging, not with what is decaying.
The Isis 2nd RenaissanceSM Program cannot be compared directly step-by-step with what is now generally known and believed. It will not make sense that way. It must be seen and then understood for itself as a dramatically new pattern. It must be comprehended as a whole framework of new knowledge before it can be compared with what now exists. We have been trained to learn things part-by-part with logical links between the parts. When we are learning a dramatically new pattern, there are no sequential logical links between the parts of the new pattern and what we knew previously.
Much has been said and written about a world transformation that affects all peoples and organizations. That is true enough. But the nature of today’s transformation is not what most think it to be. Many think the transformation in which we are embedded is caused by forces and events external to us as persons, like technology and globalization. These external forces and events are real. But, they are not primary causes of transformation. They are results and effects of it.
The real root causes and driving forces for our transformation, like the six previous ones in human history, are what is happening within the human psyche stage patterns of today’s emerging, most evolved persons. …. Therefore, the source of our world transformation is internal to us as humans. It is not external, as most think. This is a powerful fact that is not generally realized.
Most people and organizations at the previous turning points in human history failed to understand what was happening to them, their organizations and their society. They spent their efforts on trying to fix-up and to extend what then existed, rather than recognizing the need for a qualitative transformation to transcend and replace what then existed. They failed to realize that Denial was killing them. Their central need was for transformation – A qualitative transition to a new model and practice for leadership/management, organization and entrepreneurship. Just like today
The Isis 2nd RenaissanceSM Program is the fundamentally new theory and practice of leadership/management and new form of living system nodal network organization that are becoming essential for business success. Its new forms of business strategy, operational implementation and entrepreneurship/intrapreneurship have also become necessary. The Isis 2nd RenaissanceSM Program of courses, seminars and workshops are conceived, are designed and are being implemented as the education institution that presents the theory and practice for the new leadership/ management profession now needed for our current transformation. That is what the Isis 2nd RenaissanceSM Program is and why it exists.
Thus, we need not be pawns of external forces once we have new eyes to see a new reality emerging – Have a new theory and practice to guide us – Have a new path for action – Have a new practice of competency expressed as a new profession of leadership/management that is radically discontinuous with what now exists. The Isis 2nd RenaissanceSM Program gives us the new eyes to see, the new path for action and the new theory and practice for leader/manager competency.
This paper is really the Isis Manifesto. It calls upon us to align ourselves with its principles and practices. The Isis 2nd RenaissanceSM Program is the unique foundation on which we, as emerging Stage A’ pattern strategist/entrepreneurs and leader/mangers, can build our lives and professional careers on principles and practices consistent with our emerging psyche stage pattern – Consistent with a new type of living system science – Consistent with who you really are becoming.
The Isis is not just another solution for your leader, manager, strategist and entrepreneur needs – The Isis is the only Stage A’ pattern solution that now exists. We discovered and developed it and are the first to begin implementing it. For emerging Stage A’ pattern persons and organizations and for those who wish to learn how to become one – The Isis Program is your solution.
Many of those with the potential to transform are not yet able to realize who they are and what is to be done. Now you know how to begin your own personal process to find out.
