More than 30 years ago I first started to perceive the coming of some type of giant shift in human affairs. Since then my driving passion is to discover what that transformation is and to create a new path for effective action aligned with it. After nearly 10 years of research I began to create this program. That was more than 20 years ago. Then, virtually no one believed it was needed. Today that is not the case. About 10 years ago I began to create the materials that are now the Isis 2nd RenaissanceSM courses. During the last 5 years I have made an intensive effort to develop specific courses for transforming business education and to test them in educating and training an emerging group of new leaders. The development and testing of those courses is now being completed. A growing number of people are resonating to their approach and content. It is time to broaden this program with seminars and workshops and make it more generally available. The Time is Now.

It is no longer sufficient to look only to the future. What we have been working toward is now becoming current reality. The number of persons undergoing psyche stage transition is accelerating – and the transcendence of human collectives to the new stage has begun. Our work has bridged the future with the present. A new Era that we have named the 2nd Renaissance is upon us. It is now our roll to serve others in their quest to rush over this new bridge with us. Thus, our primary commitment is shifting from discovery and development to implementation.
